On September 26, 2026, the Methuen Youth & Community Center will officially open its doors as a place where young people can create, learn, lead, play, and belong, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.
Through our 26 in ’26 Founding Partner Campaign, we are inviting 26 Methuen-area businesses to become part of this historic moment. Founding Partners will be recognized on the MYCC Founding Partners Wall, honoring the businesses that helped bring the Center to life.
Your Founding Partner investment directly supports free youth programming at MYCC while giving your business a lasting place in the Center’s story. Founding Partners receive permanent recognition, opening-day visibility, and opportunities to be recognized throughout the year.

What programs and services does MYCC offer?
Free programs:

Tutoring, SAT prep, and college counseling

Workshops, counseling referrals, and wellness initiatives

Job readiness, internships, and skills training

Sports, arts, and community service projects. Each class or session-based program has a capacity of 20-25 students per session to ensure meaningful engagement.

How is MYCC funded?
MYCC is supported through grants, corporate sponsorships, individual donations, and city/state funding. We are actively seeking partnerships to sustain and expand our impact.
How can donors and corporate sponsors support MYCC?
Organizations and individuals can support MYCC by:
● Making a financial donation – One-time or recurring contributions
● Sponsoring a program or event – Support specific initiatives like career training or mentorship programs
● Providing in-kind donations – Supplies, equipment, or professional services
● Offering internship opportunities – Partnering with us to provide career-building experiences for youth
Is MYCC a nonprofit organization?
Yes, MYCC is operated and managed by Leadership and Literacy Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

We partner with Methuen and the Merrimack Valley Public Schools, private schools, and community organizations to provide students with resources, workshops, and leadership opportunities.

● Donate supplies or resources for our programs

MYCC will engage youth through advisory councils, direct feedback, and surveys to shape programming. We believe in meeting youth where they are, whether in schools, online, or through peer-led outreach, to ensure equitable representation across all backgrounds.
